| Members of Spadebox are expected to play at least a minimum of 4 hours a week. This includes showing up to as many scrimmages, practices and social events as possible. It is not compulsory to attend every event, however dedication will be noted and the more you attend these events the higher the chance of participating in ladder games will be. Improvement must be visible and dedication to learning from others is considered an asset. Members who turn up for practice irregularly or not at all are unlikely to be picked for these events. If you think you're Rambo then you may as well not even bother because "A know it all" is also a backwards retard.
It is compulsory for all clan members to join the ladder and compete at least twice a month.
Like all things, a break may be necessary. If so, a time and date of leave and return is required. If spontaneous inactivity erupts and no explanation was given, an inactivity notification will be applied to your section of the roster. However after a month of inactivity without an explanation, instant removal from the team may be executed. |
